This week’s video highlights school updates and upcoming events for the week of May 18, 2026. During the school day, students will visit the high school to view the Art Show. Families are also invited to attend and enjoy the display on Wednesday, May 20, from 3:30–6:30 p.m.
Our third grade Young Authors will be presenting at Tuesday’s Board meeting, and second grade students are scheduled to visit the Cleveland Zoo later this week. K-Kids will also celebrate with their picnic on May 21. Westwood Field Day will take place on Friday 5/22, with a rain date for Tuesday 5/26.
Students are encouraged to show their Duke Pride while continuing to stay focused on learning throughout the day. Families are also reminded that Boys and Girls Club concludes on Friday, May 22. There will be no school on Monday, May 25, in observance of Memorial Day, and the final day of school is June 3.
